We're on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who will be tasked with driving new business growth into regional house builders across The Midlands & The North. This role is focused on new business growth, you have the backing of a huge brand with an even better reputation.

This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with regional and mid-sized developers, securing kitchen supply contracts for new-build residential schemes, and driving profitable revenue growth.

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with regional house builders and developers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, Buying Teams, and Technical Managers
  • Secure kitchen specifications and negotiate supply agreements for multi-plot residential developments
  • Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through specification, pricing, contract award, and handover to delivery teams
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, estimating, project management, and operations) to ensure solutions meet client requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager within kitchens, interiors, or related building products
  • Strong track record of selling into regional house builders or residential developers
  • Solid understanding of the new-build housing sector, including specification-led sales
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to influence at senior level
