Pay rate: £12.60ph

Job Overview

Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Preferably you hold a current SIA licence or SIA Certificates (training can be provided).

Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history required.

Main Duties

• Deliver industry leading customer service
• Deter violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with store management teams
• Liaise with Police and crime partnerships to foster a strong relationship
• Wear Body‑Worn CCTV to increase safety
