• Carry out meal preparations, orders and staff requirements hygiene standards.
• Prepare special diet meals in accordance with instructions from the care staff.
• Ensure a high level of service for all meal times.
• Complete all documentation relating to HACCP.
• Report any equipment defects to the Home Manager.
• Ensure good quality and portion control.
• Assist the Head Chef with four weekly menu planning.
• Perform any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

• Must have previous cooking experience.
• Can work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion for the work.
• Can follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Great communication skills.

• Part-time contract.
• Hours:
  
  24, including weekend work.
• Pay: £12.81 per hour, equivalent to £15,986.
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time).
