An established veterinary practice in Chesterfield is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join its friendly and supportive team. This practice have been ledby their Veterinary Surgeon and Partner for 17 years. The practice currently consists of 4 vets, 6 nurses, and 5 client care advisors. The practice is purpose-built with state-of-the-art equipment and serves an expanding and loyal client base.

About the Candidate: The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Confident in small animal medicine and surgery, with experience in routine and emergency procedures
• Equipped with excellent communication skills, focused on delivering exceptional client care
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest veterinary practices
• A positive, caring individual with a genuine passion for animal welfare
• A strong team player with an eagerness to contribute fresh ideas and energy
• Interested in learning about the business aspects of the practice and motivating the team to achieve personal and practice goals
