Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a growing multi-brand business in a search for a Group marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining strategy, digital marketing and hands-on delivery.

The Opportunity
You’ll lead marketing activity across multiple brands while managing a small marketing team and working closely with sales, product and e-commerce teams.

The focus will be on strengthening trade and retail marketing, building brand visibility and delivering campaigns that support real commercial growth.
This is a role where marketing genuinely influences the success of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing B2B marketing campaigns that support retailers and distribution partners

• Supporting the sales team with trade marketing and product launches

• Managing digital marketing activity including social media, SEO, email and paid campaigns

• Leading marketing for trade shows, exhibitions and industry events

• Managing brand presence across multiple channels

• Overseeing creation of marketing content and product materials

• Monitoring campaign performance and improving results through data insights

• Leading and developing a small marketing team

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role
Strong B2B or trade marketing experience
Digital marketing knowledge across SEO, paid media, email and social
Experience supporting retail partners or distribution networks
Ability to interpret marketing performance data
Strong communication and copywriting skills

Experience with in outdoor, retail or consumer product sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
