Production Manager in a key position at Benjamin's Workshop satın essential high‑level operational management as we consolidate and continue our growth over the coming years. The role is a diverse and stimulating position for a highly‑organised and motivated candidate.

Our Production Manager is responsible for monitoring and allocating company resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality. The successful candidate will form a close partnership with the Joinery Manager, Designer and Workshop Supervisor to collectively manage production schedules, quality control and resource optimisation.
