Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a growing healthcare business in Chesterfield who are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Lead on a full-time, permanent basis
.

Our client is looking for a confident and commercially aware Employee Relations Lead to join their established People team. You’ll partner with managers across the business, offering pragmatic advice, ensuring fair process, and helping to create a positive and compliant working environment. As a ER Lead you will be:

  • Managing a small team of employee relations advisors and coaching on best practice
  • Providing expert ER advice and coaching to managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and capability matters, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes
  • Managing end-to-end casework
    , supporting investigations, hearings and appeals while upskilling managers to build confidence and capability
  • Monitoring and analysing ER trends and data
    , identifying themes and making practical recommendations to improve processes and reduce risk
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and ensuring best practice is followed
  • Maintaining and reviewing People policies and procedures
    , contributing to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with employment legislation
  • Building strong working relationships across the business
    , collaborating with the wider People team to drive consistency, professionalism and high standards in all communication
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in managing a wide range and high-volume of employee relations cases
  • CIPD Level 5 (or willing to work towards this)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience with in healthcare, education, NHS or similar regulated industries
