Support Worker
Hours – 35 hours position
Salary – £12.94 per hour
Location – Based at Hady Lane, Chesterfield
Want to enable people with learning disabilities to enjoy the things that they love? Hello, we are three gentlemen sharing a home in Chesterfield. We are looking for someone friendly that can support us to live our lives in a way that is fun, sensory and person-centered.

- Provide every opportunity for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development

- Deliver an intensive housing management service to our customers
- Encouraging and friendly

- Committed, reliable and a team player
- Has a sense of humour, is fun and will have a laugh with us
- Is able to follow individual plans and support structured routines
- Skilled in non-verbal communication and is able to recognise it and use it
- Able to provide sensory support to make activities engaging
- It is essential that you are able to work waking nights, weekends and bank holidays, have a full UK driver s license and are able to drive manual cars
