At Lifeways, we're looking for a compassionate Bank Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming team in Chesterfield.
Shifts available
- Morning shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm
- Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
- Waking nights: 10pm-7am
- Sleep-in shifts
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
What We're Looking For

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- No formal qualifications required-just the right mindset
