Hospital Manager

Hospital Manager – Cygnet Acer Clinic – Chesterfield, United Kingdom

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on‑call duties as required.

• Ensure compliance with CQC / regulatory requirements and meet all clinical, budgetary, regulatory and service development targets; implement risk assessment, risk management and embed clinical and operational governance.
• Provide a high‑quality service, both in client care and employee engagement.
• Manage effective bed allocation and coordinate referrals and assessments of service users in conjunction with the clinical team.
• Lead investigations, participate in audit requirements, enforce group policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for improved quality and commercial growth.

• Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Experienced, talented and compassionate leader with strong line‑management and communication skills.
• Effective people, time and task manager with a proven track record of delivering outstanding care with varied stakeholders.
