We are working one of the UK's leading Privately Owned civil engineering contractors to recruit a Senior Estimator for their South Yorkshire Regional Office.

Other main duties include:

Manage and co-ordinate information for bids and tenders
Ensuring the database of suppliers and sub contractors is maintained
Liaison with Clients to ensure thorough understanding of scope of works
Working with Planning and Project Delivery Teams to ensure a robust programme of work
Assessing and advising on commercial risk
Preparing and submitting quotations for work
Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts

About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating in civil engineering, with experience of projects of a similar nature which include highways, earthworks, and infrastructure
