Located in the attractive village of Newbold in Chesterfield, a short drive from the beauty of the Peak District in Derbyshire and the thriving city of Sheffield, Outwood Academy Newbold is a school with a clear and persuasive ethos. • Cutting-Edge Facilities:

In September 2025, a mini hospital ward built within the department will be used to enhance our delivery of the T Level in Health. This is now being followed by a unique indoor and outdoor animal centre ready for first teaching in September 2026.

• Shape and implement a forward-thinking science curriculum that now incorporates animal care at Level 2 and Level 3.

• Work with a team of dedicated science educators (11 science teachers, 2 technicians and 1 workplace coordinator) to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with employers to create a holistic and integrated educational experience.

This is a permanent contract to Outwood Academy Newbold from September 2026, full-time with part-time considered.
