Connex Education is in partnership with a vibrant SEND School within the Chesterfield area to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistants on a part time basis providing 1:1 or group support to work on a supply basis starting ASAP.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with SEND in a dynamic and inclusive classroom setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional development of each child. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with diverse needs.

• Experience working in an educational environment with children aged between 4 and 19 years.
• Be willing to support on a 1:1 basis or work in small groups with children
• Have behaviour management skills
• Be organised and reliable
• Have a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process a new one
• Willing to go the extra mile!
