We are currently recruiting for a DT Teacher to join a good secondary school in Chesterfield. This is a long-term position to cover until the postholder returns and is expected to run through to the end of the academic year.
Responsibilities- Teaching Design Technology to KS3 and KS4 students
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Supporting pupils' academic progress
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Contributing positively to the wider school environment
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching DT at KS3 and KS4 level
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- A passion for inspiring students in practical subjects
