A well-established and nurturing alternative provision in Chesterfield (S41) is seeking committed and compassionate Specialist Teaching & Learning Assistants to join their dedicated team.

- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans
- Contribute to behaviour management and therapeutic support strategies
- Experience in SEN settings, alternative provision, PRUs, or youth support roles
- Strong behaviour management skills and emotional resilience
- A calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
