We are currently recruiting for a DT Teacher to join a good secondary school in Chesterfield. This is a long-term position to cover until the postholder returns and is expected to run through to the end of the academic year.

The Role:

* Teaching Design Technology to KS3 and KS4 students

* Delivering engaging and effective lessons

* Supporting pupils’ academic progress

* Managing classroom behaviour effectively

* Contributing positively to the wider school environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

* Experience teaching DT at KS3 and KS4 level

* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

* A proactive and organised approach

* A passion for inspiring students in practical subjects
