Source Supply is currently working with several private day nurseries in the Chesterfield area and are seeking qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses / Teaching Assistants to join our team.

We are looking for flexible and dedicated professionals to support a range of nursery settings, covering staff absences and providing longer-term block bookings where needed.

• NNEB
• NCFE CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education
• A relevant Early Years degree

You will need to be adaptable, reliable, and ready to integrate into different nursery environments. A nurturing and proactive approach is essential, as you’ll be supporting the day‑to‑day activities and development of young children.

• Experience working with children in a school or specialist setting
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
• Referenceable experience working in a school setting
• Passion for education, with a desire to help young people thrive
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle
