What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire: Manage, motivate and develop a dedicated centre team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Drive performance and quality: Ensure the centre consistently meets and exceeds performance, quality and compliance targets.
- Champion learner success: Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports learner engagement, retention and progression.
- Safeguard and uphold values: Promote British Values and ensure learner safety, wellbeing and safeguarding standards are embedded across the centre.
- Manage resources effectively: Oversee budgets, staffing, compliance and operational efficiency to support sustainable centre performance.
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong understanding of performance management within education or training environments
- Excellent communication, motivation and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- Maths and English at Level 2 (or equivalent)
- A management qualification would be an advantage
