This is an exciting opportunity for a SEND Teacher who is passionate about inclusive practice and committed to supporting children with a diverse range of needs.

What you'll do- Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEND across the primary age range
- Adapt activities, resources and teaching approaches to ensure accessibility and meaningful engagement
- Work in close partnership with teaching assistants, SENCOs and external specialists to implement personalised support plans
- Develop pupils' communication, emotional regulation, independence and confidence
- Support children with EHCPs through well-planned, targeted interventions
- Build strong, positive relationships with families to promote consistency and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold a nurturing, inclusive ethos
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, but not essential for the right SEND-focused practitioner
- Experience working as a SEND Teacher, or strong interest in developing SEND specialism
- Knowledge of adaptive teaching, personalised learning and differentiated approaches
- Awareness of supporting pupils with communication needs, sensory needs or learning differences
- Strong communication, teamwork and reflective practice skills
- Patience, empathy and commitment to supporting every child to achieve
