About The Role

• Deputise for the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers when required.
• Be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school strategic development.
• Lead and oversee key areas, including:
  Teaching & learning strategy; CPD programme and INSET days;
  Staff appraisals and performance management;
  Quality assurance;
  Homework systems and Class Charts;
  Staff induction and tutoring programmes; ECT/ITE programmes.
