Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 70000 GBP Yearly GBP 70000.00 YEAR

Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - Steelwork Quantity Surveyor/Estimator required for an established Enabling Works Contractor. Quantity Surveyors will be involved in delivering complex Steelwork projects in the City of London. This role reports in to the Steelwork Director & Commercial Director. Ideally Quantity Surveyors will have a strong background in Steelwork, including pricing and and take-offs. Quantity Surveyors will be based out of the Central London Head Office.

Quantity Surveyor Key Skills 4 years Quantity Surveying/Estimating experience Also open to experience Quantity Surveyors with 15 years industry experience

Experience with Steelwork essential Quantity Surveyor - Experience Ideally experience with structural steel Strong background in RC Frame, Demolition, Basements, Temporary Works, Cut & Carve Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts Strong communication and report-writing skills Proactive, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits £60,000 - £70,000 Open to negotiation for right candidate Travel paid on top Healthcare
