• Manage the entire order processing for assigned markets.
• Advise customers professionally via phone or email.
• Coordinate with departments such as Supply Chain, Product Management, and Accounting.
• Handle web orders—processing, tracking, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Organize and coordinate equipment deliveries to ensure products arrive where needed.
• Manage claims, find solutions, clarify issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in challenging situations.

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Commercial background with solid technical understanding.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to thrive in lively environments.
• Excellent communication skills, remaining friendly and professional even when hectic.
• Highly organized, able to set priorities, work independently, and support the team.
