We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our outstanding team and contribute to the continued success of our state‑of‑the‑art dealership.

We are offering a £40,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of £45,000
.

About the Role

The Workshop Controller position is one of the most dynamic and influential roles within the dealership. You will be at the heart of our workshop operations, ensuring that all work is allocated efficiently and that our team of highly skilled Vehicle Technicians can deliver the premium service our customers expect from a JLR retailer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and assigning work to Technicians to maintain a smooth and productive workflow
  • Planning and prioritising all incoming jobs to maximise efficiency
  • Managing workshop resources, time, and capacity to meet deadlines
  • Upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting a culture of excellence that reflects the prestige of the JLR brand
About You

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience within the Motor Trade
  • A background as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar workshop leadership role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to lead by example
