The Trust is looking to recruit Clinical Effectiveness Divisional Administrators. The role is to work within the Divisional Governance Team, who ensure the quality standards of care are met within the division. The Clinical Effectiveness aspect of the Divisional Governance team supports primarily the clinical audit plan and activity, but also includes support for NICE guidance and policy management.

Person Specification Qualifications and Training- GCSE Maths & English (C grade or above)
- RSA II typing/word-processing (or equivalent)
- Experience of using a telephone - taking messages and communicating in a professional manner
- Previous office experience
- Data Input
- Use of MS office including Word & Excel
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of working with databases
- Experience of working in clinical governance or clinical effectiveness
- Experience of diary management and room booking
- Basic knowledge of the audit process
- Understanding of NICE guidance
- Retain basic/routine information
- Able to pass on accurate information (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of office equipment and systems
- Able to complete tasks within agreed timescales
- Understanding matters of confidentiality
- Able to work in an organised manner and prioritise workload
- Able to suggest possible solutions to routine problems
