Exams Officer Derbyshire

A well‑organised and forward‑thinking secondary school in Chesterfield is looking to appoint an experienced Exams Officer to lead and manage the examination process from January 2026.

This is a key role within the school overseeing all aspects of internal and external examinations:

• Managing exam entries for GCSEs, BTECs and A-Levels
• Preparing full exam timetables and seating plans
• Ensuring strict compliance with JCQ regulations
• Managing a team of invigilators (recruitment, training, deployment)
• Coordinating secure storage and distribution of papers
• Overseeing results day processes and post‑results enquiries
