Accounts Assistant– The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our collaborative team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks across accounts preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll. You’ll work closely with clients and support the smooth running of daily operations within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing- Purchase and Sales ledger liaising directly with clients
- Performing bookkeeping and payroll duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Using accounting software Microsoft 365 Business Central to maintain financial records
- Keeping all financial documents well-organised, both digitally and on paper
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft 365 Business Central - essential
- Familiarity with accounts preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a client-first attitude
