Security Officer - Part-Time Checkpoint Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen employees, visitors, and vendors at access points using approved methods such as credential verification, visitor sign-in, and package screening in accordance with site requirements;
Operate and/or monitor screening equipment and access control systems, directing individuals to the appropriate entry process and escalating issues per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to Allied Universal management and site contacts, and help to maintain an orderly entry and reception area
