Provide customer service to staff, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and access requirements at a technology location;
Screen employees, visitors, and deliveries at designated entry points using approved methods such as credential verification, package screening, and walkthrough and/or handheld screening devices;
Monitor entry and exit activity and help to deter unauthorized access by enforcing sign-in requirements, visitor badging, and controlled access protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities and escalating concerns per post orders;
Complete required logs and reports, communicate status updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support security-related operations as directed
