The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. You will follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and nursing policies and procedures.
Education/ Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you work.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.
