Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor gravure printing presses to meet production, quality, and safety standards
  • Perform make‑readies, ink mixing, color matching, and viscosity control
  • Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency throughout production runs
  • Troubleshoot press, mechanical, or print quality issues and make real-time adjustments
  • Complete roll changes, cylinder changes, and basic press maintenance
  • Accurately document production data, downtime, and quality checks
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
  • Prior hands‑on experience operating gravure printing presses in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of inks, solvents, substrates, and print quality standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print defects independently
  • Comfortable working in a high‑speed, continuous production setting
  • Willingness to work designated shift and overtime as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
