Responsibilities- Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Mow, trim, and prune to maintain a pristine exterior environment.
- Collaborate with associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.

- Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) designation
