Adding one Experienced NP/PA Primary Care Provider to join the team! Please note - this is not an entry-level role.

This opportunity is open to Experienced Primary Care NP/PA's who have a minimum of 2 to 3 years practicing in an outpatient, primary care practice. This is a high-volume, high-complexity patient panel, so providers who are clinically confident and able to provide care with a minimum of oversight are highly prioritized.

• Full time work schedule is 4 days - 7:15 am - 5:00 PM - Tuesdays OFF
• We see patients of all ages, some of whom are highly acute with multiple chronic conditions
• Our team is currently 3 Physicians and 4 APC's. Adding 1 NP/PA to the team.
• 100% outpatient with no hospital responsibility
• Credentialing will be through St. Francis Medical Center

  Schedule:
  
  1 week in every 8 weeks - Mon-Sun 5 pm - 8 am - Phone Only
• 20-25 patients per day on average after ramp-up period
• EKG and on-site lab in practice
• Telehealth provided via My Chart
• EPIC EMR
• Procedures: basic women's health

• Base compensation plus wRVU productivity bonus, quality goal attainment bonus and value-based care bonus opportunity.
• Start Date will be 120 days from signing.
