With multiple businesses moving onto one platform, this team is right at the heart of that change. You’ll play a key role in shaping delivery, mentoring others, and keeping the team aligned and motivated.

You’ll also stay hands‑on mainly in .NET, making sure you’re close to the code and leading by example.
