We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Officer to join our team and help shape a culture of continuous growth. As our Learning and Development Officer, you will play a key role in supporting staff development across diverse frontline and support teams. You will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives that enhances skills, ensures compliance, and fosters a culture of continuous learning rooted in our charitable values.
This is a rewarding opportunity to influence practice, uplift staff capability, and ultimately improve the outcomes of the children, young people and adults we support.
The role will primarily involve providing efficient and professional support service to learning and development.
