Multi Trade Operative – Chester & Surrounding Areas
Location:
Chester, Cheshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £34,629 per annum + up to £4,000 OTE
Contract Type:
Permanent

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and installation tasks including:
* First and second fix plumbing
* Repairing and renewing ceilings, floors, joists, stairs, stud walls and partitions
* Installing and repairing doors, skirting, handrails, balustrades and ducting
* Patch plastering and general finishing work
* Installing shower trays, bathroom suites, WC, WHB and mixer showers
* Wall tiling, painting and decorating to a high standard
* Radiator installation including draining down and refilling systems
What We’re Looking For:
* Completed recognised apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2 or 3
* Proven experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber
* Experience installing wet rooms and disabled adaptations (preferred)
* Strong skills across joinery and/or plumbing disciplines
* Plastering experience (desirable)
* Experience with in social housing (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* CSCS card, asbestos awareness and own tools (preferred)
