Eames are partnering with a private equity backed solar energy business to hire a Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager will lead the end to end sales proces. You will develop and manage commercial relationships across the UK. You will be joining this growing business at a truely exciting time and there is an abundance of opportunity for progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development within the commercial solar PV sector.
  • Identify opportunities and create tailored proposals for commercial clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close.
  • Prepare financial proposals, ROI analyses, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Stay informed on market trends, incentives, and policy changes.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic growth and brand presence.
  • Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial solar PV sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of commercial energy systems, including solar PV.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
