Role SummaryIn this pivotal role, you’ll help manage and grow our global Amazon accounts for our fast‑growing, eco‑ethical baby care business on a mission to change the world – one bottom at a time.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from processing and overseeing purchase orders to ensuring stock availability through close collaboration with our internal supply chain team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to identify ways to enhance Pura’s sales performance. You’ll work cross‑functionally with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
While 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central is preferred, it’s not essential.
Key Responsibilities Amazon Account Management- Accept and manage purchase orders across multiple Amazon marketplaces.
- Collaborate closely with the internal supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and campaigns.
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve account sales performance.
- Own and manage weekly and monthly sales performance and inventory reports.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Manage Amazon returns and produce detailed reporting.
- Lead updates and optimisation of A+ Content and product detail pages (PDPs) to improve conversion rates.
- Execute A/B testing on imagery, copy, and layout to enhance click‑through rates (CTR) and drive sales.
- Sharp analytical skills – able to interpret sales and traffic data, spot trends, and confidently report performance with actionable insights.
- Strong experience in Excel and reporting.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Eager to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
- Flexible, positive, and confident – with a can‑do attitude.
- 1–2 years’ experience with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central (preferred, not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with developing and reporting on KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
