Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator
. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Chester
, with a realistic OTE range of £28,000 - £30,000 pa
.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
• Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
• Handling in bound leads through various property portals.
• Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
• Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed.

• Previous sales experience.

• Excellent communication skills & Customer Service experience.
• Is articulate & a strong negotiator.
