Parts Advisor - Birtley

We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Birtley.

• You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role, within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
• Or have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
• A customer focused, sales driven individual with excellent communication skills.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.

Working: Monday to Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday’s (Saturday paid as overtime).
