We are seeking a Full‑Time Sales Associate to represent EX NIHILO within HARRODS H Beauty Chester
. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a distinguished level of service that reflects the elegance and creativity of the EX NIHILO universe.

• Provide exceptional, personalised client experiences consistent with EX NIHILO’s luxury service standards.
• Develop deep product knowledge to communicate the brand’s story, craftsmanship, and olfactory identity.
• Build lasting client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain impeccable counter presentation and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support promotional events and new product launches.
• Uphold EX NIHILO and HARRODS values at all times.

• Previous experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or retail sales (premium environment preferred).
• A genuine passion for perfumery and an understanding of the luxury client experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
