Retail Supervisor

Screwfix is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our Chester store. The role involves leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting a healthy work life balance through varied shift patterns.

• Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm
• Saturday: 7am – 6pm
• Sunday: 9am – 4pm

• Host – act as the team leader, set a positive example, guide customers to the right products and create an easy shopping experience.
• Store standards – ensure smooth operation covering cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management.
• Team collaboration – work with a supportive team, share fun moments and take pride in the store.

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager who has managed a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to turn service into sales.
• Inquisitive, constantly questioning and improving processes.
• Passion for the business and a friendly, flexible and reliable attitude.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
