• Keeping the kitchen, wash‑up areas, and storage spaces clean, tidy, and well‑organised
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
• Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required
• Ensuring hygiene, health, and safety standards are always followed
• Managing waste disposal and recycling correctly
• Helping maintain a smooth kitchen operation throughout service

• A reliable and punctual team player with a strong work ethic
• Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards (training provided if needed)
• Previous kitchen experience helpful but not essential
