. As a Manager in the Quality Assurance Department (QAD), you will design and deliver a programme of audit assurance activities to support the audit business and the wider firm.

• Completing audit assurance reviews with focus on financial services clients
• Supporting other QA reviewers, including managers and RIs from the business, with completion of audit assurance reviews
• Completing other QA reviews and activities as needed to provide required assurance to the audit business and wider firm
• Identifying and delivering feedback to relevant parties, including examples of good practice, to support continuous improvement in audit quality
• Identifying and implementing changes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experienced Manager with a strong background in financial services engagements
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards; audit regulatory experience is preferential but not essential
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely and understandably
• Ability to share new ideas and challenge current working methods appropriately
