Operations Executive (Digital Marketing) - Cheshire

Location:

Remote (UK-based) with weekly travel to Cheshire and occasional national travel

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Executive to support key retail clients across large-scale in-store retail media networks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong, hands‑on understanding of digital retail media while working closely with clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have a passion for client service, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as a trusted day‑to‑day point of contact for retail clients
  • Supporting the planning, setup, and execution of campaigns across multiple national accounts
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment aligned with promotional cycles
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating issues where required
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of operational activity and client communications
  • Supporting account managers with managing client expectations and resolving operational issues
  • Identifying and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, advertising standards, and industry requirements
  • Assisting with reporting and performance tracking to measure operational success and client satisfaction
Experience & Skills Required
  • Experience in operations, project coordination, or account support
  • Background in retail media, digital signage, or a related environment is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft applications and learning new systems such as CRM and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proactive problem‑solving approach with a strong customer focus
