We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients' project team on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project, until completion. It is a new build care home facility in Chester with circa £13m left to complete of a £48m total project value. You will work closely with the site team to understand the project requirements and develop effective strategies to deliver a successful outcome.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and results‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record of managing complex projects.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
• Conduct weekly project meetings and provide accurate meeting minutes and action items
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Manage project change requests and assess their impact on timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a main contractor environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
