If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead a well-established residential service, this role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a 31-bed home in Frodsham, with a strong Good CQC history already in place. This is a permanent leadership role focused on stability, quality, and long-term consistency rather than turnaround.

You will be trusted to run the service professionally, building on solid foundations and leading your team with clarity and confidence. The environment supports steady development, allowing you to focus on people, standards, and sustainable improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold full CQC registration and maintain a Good inspection standard.

• Lead and develop a residential care team within a 31-bed service.

• Oversee compliance, safeguarding, and quality of care delivery.

About You

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within residential care.

• Demonstrable history of achieving and sustaining Good CQC outcomes.
