Experience: Relevant disease litigation legal experience
Working closely with a Partner and senior fee earners, the successful candidate will assist on litigated occupational health claims. This is a varied and meaningful role, offering exposure to high-value, sensitive cases from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting witness statements and other legal documents
- Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel with professionalism
- Supporting case preparation and day-to-day matter management
- Maintaining accurate records and working to service‑level expectations
Candidate Profile:
- Academic background in law is desirable
- Experience in industrial disease required
- Empathetic and client‑focused, with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
