Senior Technical Product Manager

• We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering an app led insurance platform.
• This role sits at the center of the organization, owning the product and technical roadmap.
• You will translate commercial, customer, and regulatory needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• This is a senior position for someone who can set strategic direction while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused in day-to-day operations.

• Own and evolve the product and technical roadmap for a mobile-first insurance platform.
• Balance customer value, commercial outcomes, technical sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive long-term product strategy alongside near-term releases and launches.

• Act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX (User Experience), marketing, data, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Translate customer and marketing insights into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog prioritization through discovery, build, release, and optimization phases.

• Champion customer-centric, data-led decision-making.
• Partner with design and marketing to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.

• Improve product and engineering workflows across the organization.
• Embed modern product management, agile, and engineering practices.
• Define "what great looks like" for a high-performing Insur Tech product organization.

• Lead through influence, ownership, and action.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in Insur Tech, Fin Tech, Ecommerce, or digital financial services
• Strong experience working on app-first or digital-first platforms
• Proven ownership of product and technical roadmaps
• Deep understanding of agile delivery and modern engineering practices
• Experience working in or alongside regulated environments
• Experience modernising or scaling digital insurance platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and event-driven systems
• Exposure to pricing, underwriting, or policy lifecycle systems
