Insight Global is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to support a large‑scale Operations Excellence programme within a major global financial institution. This person will oversee end‑to‑end technology delivery across multiple technology and operations teams, ensuring all project commitments, milestones, and releases are delivered on time and within scope.
This is a hands‑on leadership position that interfaces with technology teams, business stakeholders, and operations end‑users.

The successful candidate will work closely with PMs who own PPRT and governance deliverables, while this role owns true technical delivery
, resourcing alignment, release management, and driving execution across multiple concurrent work streams.
- Own and lead end‑to‑end technology delivery for assigned projects/releases.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for all technology‑related issues.
- Drive technology execution, ensuring teams are aligned to scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
- Partner closely with Operations teams (primary end users) and technology stakeholders across functions.
- Manage delivery across a matrixed organization
, coordinating globally distributed teams. - Plan, organise, monitor, and control all assigned delivery efforts using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Oversee multiple concurrent time‑bound releases within the portfolio.
- Identify, communicate, and help implement risk mitigation strategies
. - Support Agile ceremonies, PI planning, and epic‑level delivery as required.
- Communicate clearly and crisply with technical teams, leadership, and business partners.
- Partner with PMs overseeing traditional project governance, ensuring alignment between delivery and regulatory/project artefacts.
- Multiple years of technical delivery experience within large‑scale technology organizations.
- Multiple years in Payments / Payment Processing within banks or financial institutions.
- Experience with Release Management and Tech Delivery processes (highly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead delivery across a matrixed global environment
. - Proven capability to manage multiple simultaneous releases and delivery efforts
. - Strong Project Management skills with the ability to drive teams to results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in ISO messaging (beneficial but not required).
- Exposure to legacy payments messaging formats
. - Experience supporting operational teams involved in Day‑2 payment processes (e.g., returns, recalls, investigations).
- Experience with Global Investigations or payments exception handling.
