A major manufacturer in aerospace is seeking an HR Advisor to provide support to the HR team. The role requires strong IT and data analytics skills, previous HR experience, and excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time contract position with an hourly rate ranging from £16.61 to £27.87, depending on payment method (PAYE or Umbrella). The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing HR processes and will have potential for extension beyond the initial contract period.
